The full pilates session can be designed for any fitness level. At an entry level participants will find the session to be a rejuvenating, meditative experience paying attention to alignment. We can also pay attention to a full body workout focused on rehabilitation prone issues in your body. For the healthy individual the full pilates class can be designed to be vigorous, intense and an interval based workout.
